At Stilla Timber Studios and Garden Sheds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor investment. If your structure does not meet our high quality standards or your project requirements, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item within 30 days to begin the return authorization process.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the timber studio or shed remains in its original flat-pack packaging, unassembled, and secured on the delivery pallet for safe transport.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to collect the timber components from your property.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned materials, we will process your refund minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
